Terms of Use

By using Hemdem you agree to these terms. We've tried to keep them simple; contact us if anything is unclear.
1. The Service
Hemdem is a social discovery and entertainment app offering personality tests, Discover/matching, messaging, posts and statuses, and the location-based Trails map. Tests are not a scientific or clinical assessment.
2. Age requirement
You must be at least 18 to use Hemdem. By signing up you confirm you are over 18; accounts found otherwise are closed.
3. Your account
You're responsible for providing accurate information and keeping your account and password secure. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. An anonymous account has no email/password, so logging out deletes it and its data; you can make your account permanent to avoid this.
4. Rules and content
The Community Guidelines are part of these terms. Harassment, hate speech, nudity/sexual content, violence, scams, spam, impersonation and any illegal content are prohibited. You own what you share; to operate the Service you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, store and format that content within the app. The license ends when you delete the content.
5. Moderation
We may remove content that breaks the rules without notice and warn, suspend or permanently close accounts. Images are reviewed by moderators and reports are investigated.
6. Coins, Premium and purchases
Coins and points have no cash value, are non-transferable and non-refundable; they are only used for in-app features. Coins can be earned by watching ads; coin packs and the Premium subscription are sold only in the mobile app through Google Play or the App Store, whose payment, renewal and refund rules apply. Premium includes a badge, an ad-free in-app experience and monthly bonus coins. No purchases are made on the website.
7. Ads
The Service may contain ads. Advertisers are responsible for their ad content.
8. Interactions between users
You are responsible for your communications and meetings with other users. Be careful when sharing personal information and meet in public places. Block and report anything suspicious.
9. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interactions between users or for indirect damages.
10. Termination
You can delete your account in the app at any time. We may close your account if you breach these terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
