Child Safety Standards

Hemdem has a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page is published under Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
Adults only
The Service is for people aged 18 and over. Date of birth is collected at sign-up and under-18s cannot register. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are reviewed and closed.
Prohibited content and conduct
Any sexual content involving minors, sexualization of children, contacting children for sexual purposes (grooming), sextortion, and sharing, requesting or pointing to such content are strictly prohibited.
Detection and moderation
Public images (profile, post, status, trail) are reviewed by moderators; text passes through an automated filter. User reports are reviewed with priority.
In-app reporting
You can report using the "Report" option on every profile, post, status and message, or with the form on the Contact page.
Enforcement and cooperation with authorities
Accounts involving CSAE/CSAM are permanently closed immediately, the content is removed, and records are preserved as required by law and reported to the relevant authorities (in Türkiye, the police cybercrime units and ihbarweb.org.tr; internationally, organizations such as NCMEC).
