KVKK Disclosure Notice

Under Article 10 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), as the data controller we inform you about the processing of your personal data as follows.
1. Data controller

2. Categories of personal data
Identity (name/nickname, date of birth, gender), contact (email), visual records (profile, post, status, trail and chat photos, verification photo), location (approximate location and the location of trails you leave), customer transactions (coin and Premium records, support requests and reports), transaction security (IP address, device info, session logs), marketing/advertising (advertising ID), user content (test answers, posts, comments, messages) and preferences (the gender you'd like to meet, language, notification settings, optional Kismet details).
3. Purposes
Running membership processes; calculating similarity on test results and providing Discover, matching and messaging; operating location-based features (distance filter, Trails); sending notifications; handling coins and Premium; running advertising; information security; resolving reports and requests; removing content that breaks the rules or the law; meeting legal obligations.
4. Legal grounds
KVKK Art. 5/2-c (establishing and performing a contract), 5/2-ç (legal obligation), 5/2-e (establishing, exercising or protecting a right), 5/2-f (legitimate interest) and 5/1 (explicit consent — location data, push notifications, personalized ads and cases where international transfer relies on consent).
5. Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to the service providers used to host and operate the Service (Supabase — Singapore, Vercel, Expo, Google, Apple, OpenStreetMap/Esri) and, where legally required, to authorized public bodies. Since some servers are abroad, international transfers are carried out in line with KVKK Art. 9.
6. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically, by automated or partially automated means, through the website and mobile apps: sign-up and profile forms, in-app interactions, device permissions (location, camera, gallery, notifications) and cookies.
7. Your rights under KVKK Art. 11
To learn whether your data is processed; request information if it is; learn the purpose and whether it is used accordingly; know third parties it is transferred to at home or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under Art. 7; request that these actions be notified to third parties; object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
8. How to apply
You can send your requests to bayramenesyilmaz@hotmail.com from the email address registered to your account, or through the form on the Contact page. Requests are resolved free of charge as soon as possible and within the legal period set by KVKK Art. 13.
