Child Safety Standards

Hemdem has a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page is published under Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy.
Adults only
The Service is for people aged 18 and over. Date of birth is collected at sign-up and under-18s cannot register. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are reviewed and closed.
Prohibited content and conduct
Any sexual content involving minors, sexualization of children, contacting children for sexual purposes (grooming), sextortion, and sharing, requesting or pointing to such content are strictly prohibited.
Detection
User reports are reviewed with priority. Text passes through an automated word filter, and an automated nudity-detection tool may be used on public images.
In-app reporting
Report using the report button on profiles, posts and tests, by pressing and holding a message or photo in a chat, or with the form on the Contact page.
Enforcement
CSAE/CSAM content is removed immediately and the account is permanently closed. Hemdem complies with applicable child safety laws and, where required by law, reports such content to the relevant authorities.
